During his time at Vintage Investment Partners, a $4 billion venture firm, Amit spearheaded the company’s digital transformation, transitioning it from traditional on-premise systems to a modern cloud-based infrastructure. He initiated and oversaw the design and implementation of the firm’s entire technological and data infrastructure including a CRM, data lake & warehouse, BI platform, automation tools, and custom-built data applications, significantly enhancing operational efficiency and decision-making processes.
Prior to that, Amit spent six years with the firm’s investment team, leading its biotech and digital-health investment practice. Leveraging this unique blend of deep financial and investment experience with technological proficiency, Amit now consults for leading investment firms and the Israeli Innovation Authority. He specializes in designing and implementing sophisticated data solutions tailored to the specific needs of investment organizations.

As Chief of Staff at WhatsApp, Michal played a pivotal role in shaping and executing the overall business strategy of one of the world’s leading messaging platforms. During her time at Meta, Michal distilled high-level business objectives into actionable strategies and measurable outcomes, excelling at transforming abstract business visions into concrete, executable plans with clear metrics for success.
Michal was part of the founding team of UpWest Labs, a Silicon Valley based investment fund. During her time at UpWest, Michal spearheaded the company’s operational transformation, transitioning it from basic processes to a mature, scalable organization. She initiated and oversaw the design and implementation of the firm’s entire operational infrastructure including financial models, investor relations strategies, and portfolio management systems.
